Main Functions and Features:- Service Buttons: 0 ~ 5 one-touch memory buttons available;
- Speaker / Connection Indicator: indicating the phone is under SPKR or Connection status;
- Speaker: hands free, with clear and stable communication;
- Redial: last number automatically redialed out;
- Volume: adjust conversation volume or receiver circularly;
- Hold: Press it, call is on hold and hold indicator lights on;
- Ringer: ring volume adjustable (Hi/Low);
- Store: to store one touch memory service buttons;
- Pause: press this button to set pause time as 3.6 seconds;
Message waiting indicator / in-coming all indicator: the indicator turns on show that a call is coming or a message if left for you. Press the red button to read message (it shall work with PBX system);How to Set Speed Dial Buttons:
Function: to press one-touch memory button with specific international generic service sign (e.g. Housekeeping) and the numbers (e.g.8813) pre-stored in the button is automatically dialed out to connect the Housekeeping Dept. accordingly.- Ensure all the cables are correctly connected to the phone;
- Pick up the handset or press SPKR BUTTON (dialing tone activates);
- Press SPEAKER, press "*" on the handle for 3 seconds (until hear a sound "beep"), press sequentially numbers you want to store, press the corresponding memory button you are setting;
- Put back handset or press SPKR again.
The rest buttons setting follows the same procedures. If fail to store the numbers, please repeat the steps mentioned above.How to Operate Function Buttons:- VOLUME: press VOL button, adjust conversation volume or receiver circularly.
- If the line is busy or not successfully connected, hang up the phone or press FLASH one time and then press REDIAL button, the last phone NO. redialed out.
- HOLD:
- Under Off-Hook" state, press HOLD button to keep the line and its light turn on, press HOLD again, hold state is relieved.
- When there several phones in different place share the same phone number in a house, you answer an incoming call first and shall transfer it to another phone where B is, you press the HOLD button after information B, hangs up and B can answer the phone in another room.
- FLASH: redial - if the line is busy or not successfully connected, press FLASH one time and then press REDIAL button, the last phone number redialed out.
- Transfer: under communication state, press transfer and dial another extension, you can transfer the call to the extension you just dialed.
Attentions:
Telephone should be installed in the place where is dry, ventilated and without corrosive gas;
This machine should not be replaced in the high temperature, moisture and strong magnetic place, in order to ensure the normal work;
